"Decent deals, but still not cheap"
I found a few good deals here and there, but overall it still felt kind of pricey to me. I guess I just assume when I see discounts that things will be a lot cheaper, and that wasn’t really the case most of the time

I did get updates along the way, which I appreciated, but the tracking wasn’t always as current as I expected. Sometimes it felt like the package had already moved before the system caught up. Overall, not a huge issue, but in my opinion the tracking could be a little more timely

I guess this is partly on me, but everything I received seems like it expires soon. I’m not totally sure what the usual shelf life is supposed to be, but it definitely felt shorter than I expected. Wish I had checked before buying

"Pretty decent, just wish more was in stock"
pureformulas was... okay, honestly. I went on there looking for a couple specific things, but they were out of stock when I checked, which was kind of annoying. I did end up finding a few other items though, and the ordering process itself was totally fine. I just wish the inventory was updated a little better so I’m not having to keep checking back.

"Pretty much fine overall"
My order was, like, mostly right, so that was good. One of the items was a different size than I was expecting, which wasn’t, you know, a huge deal or anything, but it was still kind of annoying. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing, but not bad.

I mean, the deals are fine and I do use them, so it’s not like I’m complaining just to complain. It’s just that the coupons can be kind of confusing sometimes, and I wish they were a little clearer about what actually applies

I was disappointed with this item. The wording made it sound like it would be better quality, but what I received looked kind of old and just didn’t feel like what I normally buy. Maybe I misunderstood the description, but it felt misleading to me. I wouldn’t order this again.

I really like that I can change or skip my subscription myself without having to call anyone. It sounds like a small thing, but I notice stuff like that—where the button is, how many clicks it takes, whether it actually saves the change. This is simple and quick, and it keeps me from realizing too late that I’m out of my vitamins

"Order was fine, but support felt too distant"
My order showed up just fine, so no complaints there. But when I had a question, customer service took a while to get back to me, which was frustrating. They were polite when they finally replied, but it all felt kind of impersonal, like there was no real human contact at any point. I just wish it was easier to talk to an actual person and get a quicker response. Not a terrible experience, but not exactly great either

"Quick shipping and no hassle"
I ordered from pureformulas, the shipping was faster than I expected. I’m usually kind of impatient with online orders, probably because I always wait until I’m almost out of something before buying it, so I was happy it showed up so quickly. The tracking email came through fast too, and it actually updated like it was supposed to, which I appreciate. The package arrived in good shape with no issues. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would order again since they didn’t make me wait forever.

"Free Shipping Helps, But the Wait Was Annoying"
I do like that they offer free shipping because it makes it feel worth placing an order even if I’m only buying one thing. The site was easy to use, and my package showed up in good condition. That said, I was definitely getting a little frustrated waiting for it to arrive. Overall, not bad, but I wish the shipping was quicker

Probably a good idea... you could download mozilla for your mac, often times sites do not optimize for safari..

“pureformulas.com says my browser is not accepting cookies, and they will not proceed with my order untiI I change the browser setting. I have not had this problem with any other vendor; the browser (Safari) is set to accept cookies only from sites that I visit. I did not order from this site, but went elsewhere.”
